I want to say how much I appreciate your quick service. I called about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon knowing it was almost the end of the work week. I know I didn’t want to be out of heat until Monday if I could help it. The lady took down my problem and said she would contact the technician. He called me within 2 minutes and said he would be here in 15 minutes and he was. He found the problem and had it fixed and gone in 90 minutes or less of my first phone call. That’s service! Dear Sir:
This is just a quick note to let you know how much we appreciate the quick response and good work today from one of your servicemen named Bill. We had some problems with our AC/Heat unit in the last few days during a very cold turn of the weather. We figured we would have to wait a while, but he was out here promptly, checked both units out and made some adjustments so that we can have heat again tonight. He also identified some additional work to be done to bring the unit up to specs, and within a few hours Kim called with our estimate.
